The problem is that this card is causing lock ups of the system and the only resolution is to power off via powerbutton. This can be done by clicking on the yellow pencil icon next to the tag located at the bottom of the bug description and deleting the ‘needs- upstream- testing’ text. Once you’ve tested the upstream kernel, please remove the ‘needs- upstream- testing’ tag. You are not directly subscribed to this bug’s notifications. The card works otherwise OK, speed is good etc.

My machine has crashed with the Intersil ISL card so the bug is still there, I cannot say if it happens at any spesific situation. As above, I just have to turn my Intersil ISL based wifi card off and use Ethernet instead and my computer will never freeze again.
