The time now is BB code is on. The audio was working prior to my reformat. As far as I can tell, I’ve figured out how to successfully install the Realtek etc drivers despite prior errors that would occur within the install process, and I think I’ve sufficiently deleted the pre-existing drivers prior to my most recent re-installation attempts. But lost onboard sound driver.

In prior rounds of troubleshooting this PC, unrelated to this audioo round, the drivers that windows pulled up on it’s own were sufficient, near as I can remember.
